I received the items in a timely fashion along with some added gifts - foot care and a additional shower gel bottle that I didn't order - The seller added a note in the package and stated the added items were an apology for slow shipping (Not an issue to me) - However, I ordered 9 bottles of the Skin so Soft Original and only received 8. I sent a note to the seller, but "ilovechows" doesn't believe me. There's no way to prove - so be it!
