Fast shipping. Carbon fiber splitter was put in a box and shipped without protection. Upon arrival, the box had broken open in one place. I don't know if any further damage occurred as the part already had a crack, and the seller did not respond to the questions before I bought it. So I don't know the extent of the damage prior to shipping.
