Purchased item on a Friday, supposed to receive the following Wednesday, did not receive until the following week. According to tracking USPS was still waiting to receive item.     This in not correct. We shipped the buyer the kit as purchased. Buyer purchased the wrong kit from us. We offered a FULL refund if he would like to return the item. He did not want to do this.
