Best lawn ant killer I've used so far....but still not perfect!
The retail price is very cheap compared to available UK products..BUT, delivery and import duty treble the actual cost! My problem ants are the little red ones that create heaps of soil on the lawn surface such that the mower "scalps" the heaps leaving a bald patch. When I apply the insecticide it appears to kill the ants that are actually in the nest area at the time but it seems that on occasions ants that were away from the nest ( doing whatever they do!) return and try to re-establish the nest either in the same place or a few inches away. So, it's an ongoing battle but the number of ant nests does now seem to be reducing. Sadly of course the £/$ exchange rate makes it even more expensive at this moment in time. Kids come over, play outside, they get no ticks, chiggers, bites. Now, the rest of the story. Every year carpenter bees, yellow jackets arrive on schedule and can be swarming in no time.. But they can be stopped, just takes a little time but it works, and it's well worth it. I have a few safe locations around the property where I stash a couple of cans of bee and yellow jacket spray. This routine/recipe is not that difficult. Keep watch, catch them early, keep them off your kids and yourself.Kids come over, play outside, they get no ticks, chiggers, bites.
