Definitely not what is pictured
So I purchased this because it said, "refurbished to factory quality" it wasn't. The mic is loose, and will not stay up so I can't mute it. The picture is of a Rig 500 pro which has the metal headband. This one does not. Speaking of the headband, this one is so used and worn out, it's loose around my head. At least the sound works. I'm unsatified with this piece of hardware. I like the brand, but not these guys.
