    Received hood in unpacked plastic shipping bag with no protection against crushing. It was cracked all the way through and was not attachable to my lens. When I contacted seller and asked for a replacement hood or a refund, I sent them a picture of the broken hood as well. The hood only cost $8.00 and they wanted me to return it at my expense or they would pay me 20% of the purchase price. Return shipping would have been about one half of the purchase price and a 20% refund was Insulting.
