Our other kind comforter didn't have the stitching, and the polyester fill went everywhere even before we washed it in the machine! The color looks fabulous in our room. HOWEVER, THE DESIGN ON THE PILLOW CASES ARE BACKWARDS AND THE DESIGN ON THE TOP IS NOT IN THE MIDDLE. We are OK with it since who else would notice? Maybe that's why the price was too good to be true? Buyer always needs to beware....
