Excellent seller. Top notch customer service, communication and follow through. The original package was shipped and damaged by FEDEX. Out of the control of the seller or buyer. The seller handled every bit of the replacement unit getting shipped. She also called me to let me know of the issue. I DID NOT have to inquire as to getting this reconciled. That is 110% excellence. Yes there was a delay due to FEDEX. Original shipped 5-20, replacement unit arrive 5-30.10days with a holiday. Kickass
