I'm sorry we did not ship this outside the usa? you paid $64.00 delivered and I advised you that you can return for credit. you then said the shipping was $150.00? If you purchased something and shipped it from NY out of the country after accepting delivery I can not be responsible for that! Please leave truthful feedback and stop trying to make yourself a hero in your story. I doubt the pump was the wrong one I matched them up before shipping to ensure order accuracy. Thanks Frank
