    Used ice skates had never been sharpened / not described properly in auction. Cost me $20 to sharpen (for the first sharpen of these skates), which increased the cost significantly. Seller did not respond to multiple e-mails to attempt any resolution. Poor customer service and poor auction description. I would tread very carefully with this seller.

    This item arrived over two weeks late. The seller didn't know where it was or what shipping service he used. The skates were in terrible condition and one of the skates' sole was separated making it worthless. This seller fully deserved negative feedback, but I am a seller myself so I know how damaging it can be. This is absolutely the worst transaction I have ever had in 25 years as buyer.

    Dropped off at USPS by mistake not UPS. I was told at USPS office they will redirect the package to UPS. I informed the buyer about this issue and apologized. Also refunded the full price when buyer claimed he never received the skates. Obviously he received them but claimed otherwise (as message thread can prove)
