    Always better with oem

    Fits so much nicer, goes in and old oem came out so much easier than the doorman or other brands. Doesn’t crumble either

    Because it is soft and flexible if forms a good seal.

    At 232K miles on the 4Runner it was time to change the PCV valve during a valve cover gasket change so a new valve and grommet were ordered. The old grommet was so hard and brittle that it was destroyed attempting to remove the old PCV valve and would have NEVER made a good seal around the replacement valve. ALWAYS purchase a new grommet when replacing a PCV valve and you'll be very happy you did...or very unhappy you didn't!
