I bought the item with the description new without box and when I received the product I could see that it had rubber details on the sole. My daughter only wore them for 15 minutes and both cleats came off... I consider it prudent for the seller to review the product before shipping and be clearer with the description so the customer knows in what condition they will receive the product.

Item description, shipping cost and the communication with seller were good; Items sent to me were defective. I received them on the last day of March and did not use it until 4 days ago. After about the total of 4-hour use (gentle walk in the evening), bottom black sole pieces came apart. I used Krazy Glue to put them together, but more pieces are coming off, and I keep gluing them. Seller has 30-day window, so seller would not do anything, but buyers please be aware.
