Packaged arrived damaged. The box was literally severed in the middle. May not have been sellers fault. However, the packaging left a lot to be desired. The head was unprotected. The cover was included but the seller did not use the cover to protect. What little foam sheet was used for the head, it had fallen deep into the box where the grip was. Also the seller did not include any packing material to protect the shaft. Luckily, my 3 wood arrived unscathed. Seller needs to improve on packaging.

Very sorry the shipper damaged the packaging. The packaging was standard for shipping golf clubs and the head was protected when shipped. I have shipped and received many golf clubs. Bottom line, your club was received unscathed as you said, and it was the shipper that did the damage. Sorry that happened. Neutral feedback when product is unscathed as you say and damage to package not caused by me is unwarranted. you should have contacted me first.
