    The seller was very helpful, and willing to negotiate. They were timely in their responses. The dishes were packaged well. I felt that eBay had attached an excessive amount to the shipping cost though. The dishes were in good shape as described by the seller. Since these are discontinued the value was fair.     OMG, where do I start? The jug was exactly as described, seller kept me updated on shipping times, packaging was outstanding. This was an item that could have easily been damaged by the post office, but it was quadruple wrapped with protective wrapping which ensured it's safe transfer to me.
