S&H costs were high (very minor complaint) but the seller REALLY packaged the board game and kudos for their creativity in converting an Amazon box into the outer box for shipping. It was double wrapped with bubble wrap. I appreciate the effort & attention to detail, but I would've preferred less packaging and cheaper S&H b/c I didn't care if the box was damaged but that's me. Otherwise ZERO complaints, item was AS ADVERTISED: brand new, unopened box and arrived quickly. I'm happy.
