Undead And Loving It
Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt are 2 of my favorite actors from the last 15 years. They both nailed their parts in this movie. Some of my friends have said that if you read the book, that the movie version doesn't do it justice. I haven't read the book, but I'd have to say that this is my favorite vampire movie, with Lost Boys and John Carpenter's Vampires being close behind. I recently bought this movie and was pleasantly surprised to see how good of an actress Kirsten Dunst is even at this young age. INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE (1999, DVD)
Ever since I read Anne Rice's novel, I always wanted to see a movie out of it. When Tom Cruise & Brad PItt were casted in the roles of Lestat & Louie, I knew it was going to be a hit! And to also cast Antonio Banderas as Armand the lonely vampire & Kristen Dunst as Claudia the child vampire it was brilliantly done! I truly enjoyed the scenes depicting New Orleans & Paris in that period era.
