Thank you! Was clear from other comments that items are bought when ordered, then shipped, so I expected a wait. Took 31 days to arrive, the item was "shipped" 19 days after purchase, it then took 10 more days (29 total) before the tracking information said it was with the courier, but then deleivered quickly once it was in the mail. That worked well for me, as I didn't need the item right away. Knowing this upfront helped my expectations of when I should expect my order. I can say, all communication was great, once item was shipped, a tracking number was provided, and item arrived in PERFECT condition. The Shoppers made sure the item was wrapped securely.
