    EMOTORSTORE shipped this load bank quickly and communicated well. 5 stars for that. The load bank was in need of some repairs. It was advertised as used, but functional. The power cables to the load bank were anything but functional let alone safe. All the insulation was cracked and falling off the cables. I had to replace all the power cables to the load bank, after which it operated fine. I can only give 4 stars for the item's description because it was not fully functional.
