This buyer notified me when she received the item that she realized she purchased the incorrect item. She requested a return, which I authorized. When I received the item back into inventory, I issued her a refund minus the shipping as the error was not due to anything on my part. She willingly admitted that she accidently purchased the wrong bowl. I am very sorry that she made this mistake and this negative feedback is false and very vindictive.
