Laptop battery failed after just over a month. Contacted seller, who replied once and asked me to send info about my battery and laptop. I sent the info Seller requested, and Seller NEVER REPLIED AGAIN. I contacted Seller repeatedly after that, but seller just completely ghosted me. Does not stand behind product, ignores customer repeated replies, and ghosts the buyer after the sale. Avoid at all costs. Not recommended.

Battery yet to be installed but received May 23.. assume it will be fine. Also ordered screw pack as misleading picture shows footpads included but no. My error, and my $10 worth of screws only arrived May 30 when vendor shipping shows battery and screw pack both shipped on May 18?! I doubt that! I also wrote to vendor who did not reply. I complained to Ebay (before realizing footpads are not included). Will buy footpads elsewhere but did not appreciate lack of response and delay.
