excellent read
typical john grishman story with attorneys at the base. but this book has a lot of different twists. 3 law students decide to become "lawyers" without passing the bar. as you can imagine, problems arise from this. add : suicide, student loans and deportation of one of the 3 team's family all add to the plot. all in all an excellent read for grisham and non-grisham fans.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Grisham seems to have gotten tired or lazy.

Sad But So True
Another good book by John Grisham. Students now days are dealt a cruel blow by cruel people. Tuitions are outrageous and then to expect a student to get a job right away is unheard of. If the government really wants to help, give all students that meet a certain criatia , grants. That way they are debt free when they finally do get a job. I'm speechless...
A new hardcover edition mailed to me for four bucks and change, tax included. What could I possibly complain about?...other than my puzzlement as to how they can do it and still pay the rent. I should feel a tad guilty but I doubt Mr. Grisham will mind my beating him out of one retail sale. If you like stories involving the legal system and southern culture you might become addicted to his novels, as I I have.
