I ordered and paid for a quantity of 3 items. 1 item arrived, and I was patient for another week waiting for the other 2. When they never arrived and after waiting on tracking the other 2 still showed label created. I contacted seller and waited. Nothing. Contacted seller again days later, no response. So I opened a claim with ebay. Still nothing from seller. Eventually was told by ebay that I was required to file a local police report with a time crunch in order to be at all protected. Horrible

SIMPLY NOT TRUE - BUYER ORDERED WRONG UNITS AND WANTED TO RETURN BUT HE SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT SERIAL NUMBER AND MADE SURE.
