I had questions and reached out to the seller asking if the vacuum was in fact new even though it says it's open box. The seller quickly got back in touch and told me that the item is in fact open box but it has never been used and they made sure that I had good attachments and that the equipment worked. I am really impressed with the vacuum. We have a nice Robot vacuum but had no idea that it was not getting up as much dirt as a bigger vacuum could do. See the picture below from our rug.

Received in box and appears to be brand new. Vacuum works amazingly.. picked up even fine dust particles from the carpet. Even though it's a bit of a hand strain from having to keep the trigger held down for the vacuum to operate, I have the feeling I'll be breathing a lot better and sneezing less now. :) Good purchase!
