No problem so far, the screen can be a bit too bright with the whites and too dark with the blacks but otherwise perfect. The colors really pop and HDR looks amazing. Text looks great too. OSD is a pain but can use Acer widget to get around it.

Monitor came in obviously used but still like new condition. The packaging was very good to prevent any possible damage. I’ve been using it for over 100 hours now on my PS5 playing games and watching Netflix and its image quality is impeccable. Would definitely buy this monitor again!

The monitor arrived in great condition. One advice I have for the seller is that the base from the monitor broke through the cardboard, which slightly damaged the back of the monitor. Please use thicker cardboard or plastic wrap for packing, it will probably minimize the amoutn of returns you guys are getting.

Monitor arrived on time with very cheap packaging. Still, it looked good on the outside - screen seemed great. As you can see from the picture they sent me a defective unit that wasn’t even repaired properly. It is insane to me how they listed it as ‘Certified Refurbished’ in the first place.
Communication is horrible. I would be lucky to get one message a day from them. They also refused to replace it for me - would have made things a lot easier. I was gonna buy another one but not anymore.

Perfect and as described, this monitor is a bargain at this price point, as new condition combined with a 2 year Allstate warranty. Come packaged efficiently even though in a generic package. No instructions come with the monitor, but, really, do we still need instructions to be printed?
