    Even tho Neutral feedback, it could be interpreted as negative. Buyer apparently gave fb to wrong item as states several discrepancies such as slow shipping when purchased on Sunday (item carefully packaged and dropped at post office same day of purchase) and received Wednesday (3 days after purchase) Ground Advantage. States corroded batteries and item doesn’t have batteries (it is wind up.) States not new (brand new w/ receipt dated 3 wks before sale) &testing not mentioned in item description
