Can't tell the difference between this and brand new vacuum. All the attachments, not a scratch, and clean. Looks like it the box new and works perfectly. Also this vacuum does such a good job at picking up the pet hard off hardwood and area rugs and is so light it makes cleaning the stairs super easy!

I am totally impressed!!!!! My Dyson came today. I absolutely love it!!!!! There was constant communication updates from the seller regarding the delivery day. The vacuum came packaged perfectly with everything that I needed included. It is so clean and for a vacuum really pretty. I assembled all the parts and plugged it in and it works beautifully. I am so happy!!!!! For the price of this refurbished Dyson, the warranty, the communication, I would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!!

Dyson doesn't price match on ebay so had to order another V8 Absolute since the second one i bought was the SV25 instead of the SV10. Item was shipped and arrived in 10 days after ordering. Did message them a few times to ask questions, but they took a few days to respond. Their call center is also unable to assist withe ebay orders. Item arrived and looks and functions like it was never used. The shipping packaging was also not the most secure. since it was just glued down with no packing tape
