    Keeps Coffee Hot!

    This is a basic, no frills, old-fashioned coffee maker that we bought to replace almost the exact model we've used for years. We have other coffee makeres, an espresso machine and moka pots, but mostly default to this Proctor Silex because it's quick and simple to use, and keeps coffee very hot for as long as there's coffee left in the glass carafe.

    Works good

    Works good. Fits under cabinets even with lid open. Percolator spout lifts up out of the way when lid is lifted so is easy to scoop in coffee. Nice simple clean design. I like it.

    Favorite Coffeemaker

    While it is cheaper to buy a whole new coffee maker than replace the glass pot, I can can that this model proctor silex works equal or better than more expensive brands and models. It is easy to operate and clean. Brews in less than 7 minutes. I have one in and another in reserve.

I ALSO CAN USE IT TO QUICKLY HEAT UP HOT WATER IF NEEDED. I DO WANT TO FUSS WITH EXTRA BUTTONS OR CONTROLS AND WHEN I AM IN A HURRY, THIS APPLIANCE NEVER LETS ME DOWN. IT MAKES A GREAT GIFT.
