It appears to be in good condition and no apparent appearance issues. I’ve tried the smoothing brush and curling barrel, and both worked beautifully. It styles quickly without extreme heat, and my hair feels soft and healthy. Good value. Excited to keep exploring it.

Appearance of the product and attachments were really good and the case even was in great shape. The only thing I was not happy with was the cardboard inserts in the case were black and left a black residue on the main piece and some attachments. It did wipe off. But it got all over my hands and papers.
