However the link box is missing two important cables to be able to even use the headset. The power cable and a usb cable. The seller has not messaged me back in regards to this. Have not been able to test this headset to confirm it works or not yet, had to order a whole set of cables for $40 and still waiting on that.

The Shimano Antares reel I received was in better condition than described, shipped out very quickly, and arrived much sooner than expected from Japan. Due to the way they were packaged, the speakers also were slightly damaged (a dinged up corner) in transit. Overall, the seller graciously offered a partial refund and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Despite these things, I would still feel comfortable buying from them again and would recommend you do the same!
