Well packaged, all parts indicated as being included in the listing were there! Came with both a HDMI and DSP cable, the display port being my preferred. I had some initial trouble with getting refresh rate going; turns out I needed to uninstall and update nvidia's drivers after it got stuck at 60fps while reporting the wrong resolution. The screen brightness is super nice, I like the visual clarity at this size and resolution. Curved screen covers the downside of a VA panel in my opinion.

Monitors were both in like-new condition, no dead pixels or cosmetic scuffs. Fast shipping too. My only complaint is these refurbished monitors don't include the vesa mounting brackets. Being a curved monitor, you'll have to get longer M4 35mm screws. Other than that, great items and seller!

Really good contrast and brightness (get's super bright if you want via settings) It took a bit of tinkering to get the 165 hz @ 1440p working but ultimately if you have a similar issue it's likely a graphics driver problem and not the monitor; the cables included work fine and seem to support it. Coming from a 60fps monitor this took some getting used to but I love the smoothness of movement and general browsing (which, scrolling was a bit disorienting at first.) I can't tell there's any signs of use despite being a refurbished product, and that's great. came with the stand and everything needed to get up and going no problem. seeing 165hz 1440p with freesync for 130$ after shipping and tax is crazy good. the curved screen mitigates any VA panel complaints I had. having never used a ... For the value alone this is a fantastic monitor. I was looking for something that has more of a larger field of view (so to speak) regarding the width. I use this mainly for work, I'm in IT and have multiple systems, web pages, and spreadsheets that are open. Clarity is pretty good considering I use this for work. I haven't used this for any video other than my Teams/Zoom/Webex meetings. Not sure this would be good for video gaming, maybe on a budget. The only thing that might be a con is the lack of up/down adjustment on the monitor stand. If you need this mounted with a monitor arm then you'll need so deep spacers.
