Noga Wise Natures Craft is the brand I trust and prefer, you can just look at the contents in the capsules and see and smell that they are actual roots and plant extracts unlike cheaper products with some unknown white powdery substance inside. They are a good value as well. Stick with something you know you can trust.

It has some side effects.
If people are having problems with their liver it will help it. Just be sure you know that you're not allergic to any of it's ingredients. I had to stop taking it due to a bad allergy to ragweed and cause some bad side effects. Be sure you read the ingredients and use your best judgment. My bestfriend takes it daily without any side effects and it's helped him with his liver issues. R. Hood

Great supplement , I’ve never felt better. No discomfort in my liver area. I have to not listen to any medical professionals, and use my better judgement. I ended up with a slim chance of getting liver failure by taking a prescribed medication. Since, that time I have relied on my “gut” feeling. My current PCP did not recommend a liver supplement.
