My mechanic told me it looks like a brand new rack It's installed in the car now and responding very well to the steering wheel. Your office was very helpful regarding the return of my core unit. Return was easy and shipping cost a lot less than I expected. BTW your company was the only one online that knew the difference between the older model and the newer model (my car)!
