    The item arrived in the packaging as described, even though I ordered the wrong color. The lipgloss looks like it is splitting in consistency. I messaged the seller explaining the situation and requested to make a return almost a week ago and never received a reply. I then started a request refund case and was denied by the seller immediately. I find it unprofessional to not respond to a message and sell a product that is very much expired.

    If you're an Urban Decay fan, you know what you're getting. We love the product! My major concern when ordering powdered makeup is it arriving without damage. Arrived in pristine condition, yeah! The eyeshadow (in original packaging) was carefully bubble wrapped and put it a sturdy, appropriate sized box. The whole process was simple and convenient...click, click, click!!

    I bought this for my grand daughter for Christmas and she looked so pretty in it so I wanted some too lol, I just got mine yesterday and couldn't wait to put it on , it went on just as smooth on my eyes as it did for hers , so any age looks pretty in this eye shadow , I fell asleep in it and I still have it one even after sleeping all night in it , so I highly recommend it , if you want an eye shadow that will go on smooth and pretty at any age, this is the one!!! and last for hours,,

    Love love love this palette!

    I didn't know how much I would like this palette until I got this and tried it out. The neutral colors are great for me in everyday use. They go on smooth and are very pigmented for neutral colors. I really appreciate the discount I received. Thanks!

    Discontinued Urban Decay product

    I use this product in my everyday makeup application. I find that most Urban Decay products are of good quality. This product is discontinued and I paid a premium to purchase it. I'll just have to move on to something else when this purchase is gone.
