Not a great fit for a S&W Regulation Police. 32L. The is a significant gap at the top between the frame and the adapter. But, because of the reasonable price, I am going to try to reshape the forward end of the adapter and I think it may then fit. This is an early pistol. On a true J frame, it should fit fine. Solid value for the price.

The grip adapter certainly helps the feeling on my chief. It did have a small amount of wiggle when I mounted it. It's pushed in and up as far as possible. I cut a piece of rubber desk mat to shim it, and not it's solid no movement and looks great.

This seller was EXTYREMELY DIFFICULT! They sent me a much cheaper item than was listed. They ADMITTED they "made a mistake." I asked for them to refund the difference between the item I bought and the cheaper item they sent me, no response! I filed a case with Ebay to get a return. The seller REFUSED to send a pre-paid return label. Ebay stepped in, sent the label & refunded my money! AVOID this seller as they are dishonest and unwilling to fix their own "mistake!"
