Fingers crossed xm5 doesn’t have the battery drain issues as the xm4(but vendor is authorized refurbished so I have 2 years to find out). All state is actually pretty quick at fixing or refunding if they fail. For now though, these live up to the hype, much smaller, slightly worse ANC, wayyyyy better sound and FINALLY, mesh in the ear tips so my ear gunk doesn’t end up in the driver cone. 10/10 great seller
