    Gift for our daughter

    Laptop seems to be in very good shape, both internally and externally. I don't see any definitive flaws or cosmetic damage. Also, it is very fast - between the RAM and SSD, it seems to be very quick. The docking station is a nice thing to have, also.

    Bought it for granddaughter. Almost kept it myself.

    I bought this machine for my granddaughter. I was heavily tempted to keep it. (I didn't...) It's compact, reasonably lightweight but with a solid feel. Keyboard is good for a typist. Display is clean and crisp. Webcam works well with excellent spoken audio during Discord sessions. It's classified in the chromebook class but with an i5 and 8 GB RAM, it's a very capable laptop. Never tried it with games. This purchase came with no OS. I loaded it with Linux Mint 19.3. As usual, it came up running just fine. My Windows and Mac savvy daughter who has no Linux experience was configuring and setting things up in 5 minutes. All told, she and her daughter have been very happy with this purchase.

    Replacement for old Dell 6430

    When I received the unit from Shipping Cart, The unit looked like New. It was truly an "A" category. I hardly use CD or DVDs any more and have external read/writer for cases when I have to. The screen was beautiful as well as the keyboard. The WIN 10 Pro worked great and I was able to load Office 16 Pro and Corel 19 with no problem and they worked great. The 256 Gb SSD with the 8 Gb of ram made the programs run nicely. It would have been nice to have a 500 Gb SSD for the future, but even though I have one, I will wait until it is needed.     I absolutely love this Laptop!

    This Dell laptop is a business class machine that has long battery life and seems to keep up with everything you can throw at it without slowing down. This is probably due to the i7 Dual Core Processor, 16GB of Ram and the very fast included SSD!
