In regards to the seller, they were packaged well and were definitely professionally cleaned, the price for the buds was really good considering new looking and feeling appearance. The build quality was very nice and sturdy, and they honestly look like they were never worn, thanks!

I ordered two pairs, one pair came with the OEM ear tips with the mesh filters. The others did not. So you’re not guaranteed OEM ear tips. So far so good with Sonys killer sound but only time will tell if these have the same batter issues as the xm4s. Had to send in both pairs of xm4s to allstate in about a year an they refunded me because the batteries were cooked and not fixable. Hope these last longer
