I love the sound of the click when you attach the various components and accessories, it's deeply satisfying. Looks new arrived early. Great value. Easy to maneuver.

I didn't do enough research about the item, however, so I am disappointed that ANY vacuum would require that my finger continually press the on button while trying to clean. For an older person with arthritis, that means I can only clean in short bursts. Also, the stick part is not adjustable, and I am short, 5'2" so it's not a comfortable length for me.

It is truly a great purchase. I called Dyson to register for warranty and it was a pleasure to speak with the customer service representative. I have a two year warranty and that makes me feel good. Also, one of the brushes did not attach well, and since it’s under warranty it was replaced and delivered to me within three days. Amazing service and great price. Highly recommended
