Everything works and it's in excellent condition aside from slight wear to the dust collector, but it got dirty right away, so who cares? It was clean, shiny and basically new for a fraction of retail. This is how to buy a Dyson affordably. I have a V11, and the only thing I really miss from that model is the modular battery. On the V10 it's built into the power unit and can't be detached or swapped. Performance and versatility are identical otherwise.
