The only discrepancy was that the laptop lacked a fingerprint scanner which was present on the photos. Also, I had to tighten the screws up. Neither issue was a deal breaker for me. It arrived in a large enough box to protect it from bump damage, as it was centered in the shipping box with heavy duty bubble wrap on each end. The screen was protected by a sheet of cardboard. The Monitor is best described as "Like New" in condition, and appearance. For a gaming monitor the quality of it along with the price made it a very good buy. The best part was turning it on.
