Electrical housing broke during shipping even though the item was well packed. Seller was incredibly responsive and was kind enough to issue a partial refund to compensate for having to do 20-minutes of repair work gluing the fragments back together. I’m happy with how things worked out and would gladly buy from this seller again. Really neat old Variac. Thank you!
