Like this buyer said it was not my fault and as soon as i was notified of the issue i went to work with my postmaster to try to find the package after 2 days with no help from the postal service i promptly refunded the entire purchase amount to the buyer yet i still got a neutral feedback which to me is beyond unfair i went above and beyond for this buyer and got penalized for it....just aint right!!!
