This is the scarcer version of the note with denomination written in both French and English. Unlisted Specimen note with perforated 'SPECIMEN' vertically at right and black 'SPECIMEN No. 0123' overprint at left. Nice ladder specimen number '0123'. Serial number of zeroes and Series number 'O.00 *' where the asterisk signifies Cameroun. Professionally authenticated and graded by ICG. They note 'Clip Mark and Pinholes at left' - this is just a staple mark (not paper clip) and holes. There is no rust. There is a vertical fold on right hand side.
