Was an upgrade from the system I was using. Does much more than I was expecting it to do. Some of the features I may never utilize. So far very pleased with the system and its simplicity in set-up. Quality seems to be good. Still learning and evaluating opinion my change over time but so far very pleased with the Panasonic Link2 system.

Great phone system all the way around EASY TO USE
The Panasonic KKTG6845B is a easy, great looking and quick phone to use! The base gives you a lot of options from Speaker phone to answering machine and is able to block that you don't want to call your number any longer. I like that you can hear caller leaving a message so if you want you can pick up while in the mist of leaving a message. The feature of Speaking Calling ID is great you know who is calling without looking at the phone. With so many handsets I ram of places to put them. The distance that you can go away from the base is great. If there is any drawback it would be that there is no button for CID (caller ID) to go through the list quickly to see who is calling you so if you want to look up their number real quick you have to go through a few steps to find that info but ... Sturdy & Reliable
This is the only type of landline phone we use. We have a large house so we have 2 headsets in living room & kitchen, one upstairs. one downstairs and one in the bedroom. This phone has all the features many people want like a speaker, intercom, redial, search list, menu etc. For me I need a headphone jack. Panasonic is one of the few companies that still have one in most of their phones. The style is nothing beautiful or hi-tech looking like many of the V-Tech phones but they are reliable, sturdy last for years.This is the only type of landline phone we use. Bigger and Better!!!!
It is not that easy to set up with all the functions available and I still do not have it completely set up but I will figure it all out as I go along. These are an improvement over the old Panasonic phone system that I had for a lot of years, just hope I get the same amount of endurance from this new system as I received from the old ones. The new handsets are bigger than the old ones and that makes feel more comfortable in your hands.It is not that easy to set up with all the functions available and I still do not have it completely set up but I will figure it all out as I go along.
