The items have PC board mounting terminals that have to be protected during shipment, but they were shipped in an envelope with no pin protection. Of course the 4 pins on each unit ended up bent and cause a potential problem when straitned, mounted and put into service. The seller has a responsibility to properly pack items that he or she sells.
