Terrible customer service and false advertising.
Claims they are new products. Which is completely absurd. Look at the listing photo it clearly shows taped packaging. I wish I would realized this before ordering.
The seller suggested I file for a refund, he later refused it and closed out the refund request.
I will be filing complaints with EBay and my credit card company to request a full refund.
