I am disappointed because the screen has a few deep scratches, with that being said with a screen protector on it they're pretty much unnoticeable. The battery was completely drained so I had to wait about an hour and a half to set it up. Item description said no blemishes. Other than that I am pleased with the phone. It arrived in a timely manner.
