Bought two cartridges at Home Depot and they leaked after a week. Bought these at a cheaper price , returned the Home Depot ones. These have been in now for a week with no signs of a problem.

overall a good purchase, great price.
The valve works as designed other than the fact it's backwards. Normal on turns it off and normal off turns it on. It's a simple fix IF there were any instructions that came with it. After an hour of taking the valve apart 30 times and trying to figure out how to reverse it....... the white plastic piece on the top of the valve comes off and gets flipped over. INSTALLATION
Works great, but i had to figure out how to reverse the on/off water flow by taking the part apart. That was difficult when no directions come with the part.

My pal who works at a hardware told me I made a mistake when i told him I replaced 4 tub faucets. 3 moen and 1 price pfister. He said should have gone with 4 moen. So...after 2 years I have to replace the cold cartridge on the pfister. Now today...the 2nd danco 9H-8 Hot/Cold Stem from home depot broke and water was spraying out like ive never seen in 45 years of property management.
