When I queried the delay, Gymkit very promptly gave me an update. There are 2 minor scuff marks (expected from description) but, otherwise, the bike works as described. I particularly wanted the Renpho bike, as it has some really good features on the app (scenic bike rides, video classes etc) and the app is subscription free. I'd been let down by 2 companies claiming to have stock when they hadn't, so Gymkit came through.
