I had gotten the first My Fitness Coach, and absolutely LOVED it. I wanted to diversify and expand my work-out, and the nutritional aspect of this sequel intrigued me. It is totally awesome, as well. I am surprised they could make a 2nd one as good as the first. But let me tell you this: It is an entirely different format. In part 1, Maya, the virtual coach puts you through an increasingly difficult aerobic workout, which you control the intensity of. In part 2, you can choose from 4 different coaches, each with different focus fields, 2 of each sex to choose from. There are different work-out locations, and you do each calisthenic (sp?) one at a time, and get rated on your correct performance of the exercise. I LOVE this work-out format, for when I'm exhausted and don't really feel like working out, but need to get some form of movement in for the day. Sometimes I do it in addition to the original fitness routine. It also includes nutritional advice, menus, recipes, and is over all a great supplement to your fitness routine, however, less intense it may be. YEAH! Finally, a game that is EXACTLY what I wanted/needed. I've tried a couple others and was not happy with them. This one is so PERFECT and GREAT for someone in my health condition. :-) I definately recommend this product to ALL who is interested in taking care of thier health and wellbeing. I LOVE LOVE all aspects of the game. So easy to set up, change, use, etc. So, helpful and informative which makes it easier to take care of yourself. The tips are wonderful. I've learned some very helpful, interesting things about stuff I can eat and will definately try. I'm actually excited about getting in shape. and that is saying alot for me, as I HATE exercise and procrastinate...Until NOW. Enjoy. God Bless.
I like that it gives quick workouts however I was hoping for harder workouts. I have only had this product for about 2 weeks and from what I understand it is supposed to intensify. I can't wait :) I like the nutrition info on there its a great resource. The challenges are fun to try. overall pretty satisfied so far.
I have only had time to look at the program, it does look as it may be a good program for my use. I an a seventy year old male, overweight, and with several health problems. That should be ample evidence I need help with my exercise program.
I felt like I was really at a gym. This game made me sweat. This game lets you choose the scene to workout. It gives ideas on food choices. The trainers are encouraging and the game demonstrates each exercise. It helps with muscle strethenening, cardio, weight loss, and etc. I recommend this game for to all ages.
